Excellent crispy crust. Go for bolder toppings. I had pepp with hit honey. I also had mush onion and that didn’t hold up as well. Anthony Bourdain tip…I had to use restroom which is really only for staff. However it was super clean and nice and AB says if they keep it that nice you can imagine the kitchen. Well done One Pie! 👍👍👍

If you are in the vicinity of One Pie Pizza Co. in Buffalo, NY near the NY 190 and Clinton and Harlem, you should consider this pizza because it is uniquely delicious and not your run of the mill pie. If you are a person who needs to have a gluten free pizza, then you should make this your destination. The gluten-free crust of One Pie Pizza is not only the best ever, it might be the best in New York State. For the followers of Bloomfield’s in Depew, a suburb of Buffalo, may have read my very positive review of their gluten-free fare, you can now add One Pie Pizza to your best of the best. Anyone with a need to avoid the gluten in flour will appreciate the tasty gluten-free crust that One Pie Pizza creates. With all this being said, we also sampled their regular crust pizza and it too showed an amazing bit of baking skill and creativity. On our pizza, the roasted little tomatoes were delicious. The drizzled balsamic was applied with artistry of a cake maker and the mozzarella was real and not skimped. One Pie Pizza is a remarkable gem. It’s a takeout place so bring your hot bag and slip over to the local park and devour the most unique pizza you’ve enjoyed in a long time.

20/10 on the gluten-free crust!! On my gluten-free journey, I am always eager to want to try pizza from a lot of different places. Im not settling on the flat thin crust or cauliflower. It’s good yeah, but when you think of pizza that is just not it. If I could order just the dough with the garlic butter on it I could eat just that. Just wow 🤤

Visiting the One Pie Pizza Co. is a must when we go to Buffalo for Sabres games. This is for sure the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. I’d be here a few times a week if I didn’t live so far away. I’ve had the pepperoni pie and the pepperoni/ricotta/hot honey. Both solid choices in their own way and both cooked perfectly. The edges of the cup n char pepperoni are crispy. Dough is amazing. Sauce is perfect. Wish there was table service or even better options for seating if you want to eat in. There’s one small table for 2 in the corner and a counter to sit at but seating is very limited. 10/10 Would repeat!
